Hi, I'm Luke, your founding chef.

I'm an 8th-generation Texan raised in Austin. My cooking career started in the chaotic, bustling restaurant scene of Los Angeles in 2013, which catapulted me into kitchens around the world - Mexico, France, Slovenia, and Ecuador. From kitchens in the jungles of Tulum to the galleys of superyachts from 85' to 295' - and, when I'm not at sea, the comfort of private homes.

I have a passion for creating good food with good ingredients in good company - and my priority is creating a memorable experience for you and your guests.
